Handmade knife: Cutelo / Cleaver / Kitchen Hatchet
I have made knives out of seeder discs, but the steel in this plow disc is harder with proper heat treatment and is thicker.
Therefore I believe that more robust knives can be made for more demanding uses.
This time I wanted to vary the model of a conventional hatchet by curving the back and adding a back edge... it will be up to everyone to decide if they like it or not.
For my part, I have tried not to fall into the repetitive, so I will surely continue doing particularly "different" jobs.
