Making a Big Knife from a Seeder Disc

Handmade knife: Cutelo / Clever / Hatchet
I have made this knife as a gift for my dad for Father's Day.
I recycled it from a seeder disc. At the moment, two of the three works that I have in mind to take advantage of the material are already there. I hope it will be very useful for anyone who wants to do something similar, that's why I leave the design below.

Just wandering what you can use it for. The tall blade and pronounced curve make it impractical for kitchen work. Maybe it's useful for butchering large fish or pieces of game.
