Great idea. If you have time can you put a detailed how to do that we can recreate it. Also what if the TV is already off, does the device know?

I've been toying with the idea of creating detailed plans for this but haven't got around d to it yet. If the tv is off the device is off, that's the benefit of powering from the tv's usb port
