Can one order enough parts to assemble an entire Mini?

Yes with the exception of engine blocks but there are plenty that can be refurbished. Better to reshell and rebuild an old one though as otherwise the DVLA will consider it a new car and require approval testing. This is why so many wrecked minis are being dug out of boneyards to be compleatly rebuilt.
