I really did like how the antagonist was treated fairly and got to throw in the captain's face about the Federation getting into so many wars with others themselves, while they preached how great the Federation always was. Sometimes TNG, DS9, VOY was too biased or preachy for the Federation, I loved how you guys choose to let the audience decide for themselves by remaining neutral/fair.

This was a great little peek behind the scenes - which is something I was hoping would crop up eventually... Hearing those insights from the players involved, it just confirms what I already knew watching the completed film; That they were each superbly cast, and never left a shadow of doubt as to the authenticity of the characters they were playing. I love that, as Gary says, this carried with it a true sense of Star Trek putting differing, even opposing ideologies, under the microscope. Giving the viewer much to consider, as per their own respective world views, whilst also encasing it in a gripping science fiction backdrop. It absolutely met the quality of the best of the best of those explorative and philosophical quandaries I always loved, not only localized to the TNG era, but all eras of Star Trek. Kudos once again, Gary and team!

Thanks for a great background video. This was definitely one of the best quality fan-made films I've seen, and with a most thought-provoking storyline to boot. Brother Yeshua was my favourite character! - Trevor
