Good omelette you got there, I think the important part when folding is confidence, the butter is also pretty important imho, but I like it for the flavour more than anything. Also there are non-stick pans with a magnetic base, if you use induktion often I would recommend getting one.

Love your videos as always. You need more warm lighting actually, it will look more appealing In the end, nothing beats traditional 🔥 for cooking. Induction heater can never give that hot firery fragrance after frying! The kind of frying by Chinese chef

I'm going to be honest, you battled this omelette at times ha, and I wasn't sure how it would work out, but in the end I have to admit it looks delicious.
