Hey can you make a video that just has a list of all the various items you use most frequently for your vegan recipes and what they are best for. You may have already done this, but I’m planning on moving to Belize in the future and know I’m not going to be able to find all of these items. I’m not sure how expensive it is to get things delivered to Belize so I would probably try and get a lot before I go and pack it with me or have someone I know who has a trucking business there bring it in for me. Anyway, thanks for your videos. I’d much rather make vegan foods myself than buy store bough versions.

I made this, thanks! It tasted a litlle piney to me so I want to tweak the spices - maybe more sage, less than 8 tsp of marjoram, and maybe try a different heat than the red pepper flakes or a mixture of cajun powder, cayenne and flakes /or a touch of hot sauce...very good though! Sausage is something I like to eat at least 3 or 4 mornings per week so this hits the spot!

Turkey Breakfast Sausage with Green Chili is very popular in New Mexico. Do you think you can make a vegan option?

I have a great recipe that I have used for turkey sausage patties, but I want to make it for ground seitan. I have not found any recipes using ground seitan (when I make seitan and it does not turn out the way I want, it gets ground up) that will hold up. I have looked at what Mark uses but it's always TVP which would be wetter. I don't want to dilute the seasonings I use by adding VWG or ground oat flour. I have tried the methylcellulose, but it does not seem to work for me. Very frustrated.
