We can use bean sprouts from our country if there's no Korean one? Because the bean sprouts here in the Philippines are almost the same as Korean mung bean sprouts and we can use other type of mushrooms if there's no Shiitake mushrooms also we can use other types of spinach if there's no baby spinach?
