two suggestions: PUT SMASHED OREOS IN THE BATTER!! It turns out sooo good. Instead of using just regular sugar, put half regular and half brown sugar, it makes the brownies more fudgyyy

Can you do a Q and A vlog as I’m sure loads of people have questions about your recovery and how you’ve dealt with it mentally - like what kind of therapy are you having ( cbt, ecbt, dbt, family therapy? Or anything else) and what has helped the most ?

I agree. Are you doing any sort of outpatient? I think it'd be helpful to see a dietician and therapist to just make sure you have a support team. :)

Éclairs, snicker doodles, lemon meringue pie, chocolate tart, bakewell tart and passionfruit cake (kinda ironic as I am now allergic to passionfruit but yolo) these are all nice things to bake and I relate to the baking thing like it ruined baking for me but u reminded me that it will get better and I will have a healthy relationship with it once again (soz this is so long 😂) xx

i use to have a friand with my mum when we would go for a coffee, i would only eat that cake but for some reason friands didnt scare me, i lost my mother sadly but now friands remind me of her. So that be my cake of choice. (i use to think when i eat a friand i would gain a kilo the next day) but i would do it for my mother :)
