Hello, this is Cook after workout.
Today, I'm going to make chicken breast toast.
It's a recipe that I can make quickly and easily, so it's a method that I often make for breakfast.
Bread is better for diet management because rye bread has lower calories than white bread.
I used rye walnut bread.
I used a low-calorie Heinz mustard sauce
If you are on a diet, you can use Wholegrain mustard sauce or other low-calorie sauce.
The sweet taste of onions and the sour taste of mustard are combined, so it is very delicious.
It also feels like I'm eating a Cajun chicken salad.
It seems light, but after eating it, it feels surprisingly full and full for a long time.
You can put as much as you want on the bread as you want
You can spread it all over the bread like a sandwich and stack it up.

■ Cooking ingredients
1 to 2 slices of bread (Rye walnut bread), 100g of chicken breast, 1/2 of onion
■ Sauce/Seasoning
Mustard sauce (low calorie), pepper

1. Cut the onion and chicken breast into bite-size pieces
2. Baking bread
3. Grease a pan with olive oil and stir-fry onion and chicken breast
4. Sprinkle with mustard sauce and pepper
