How to remember the difference between baking soda and baking powder: Baking soda- soda, soda gets flat, baking soda makes things spread…. Or flat Baking powder- powder, powder is light and fluffy, baking powder makes things rise and fluffy and soft Hope this helps! Love your videos and especially these cooking with no recipe videos❤

Christine…Setting the scene! Me and couple friends with pizza and wings. Turning on this video and first 5 mins already laughing with b/c vanilla was the first ingredient and already comedy hour. Literally trying to take a bite and couldn’t eat because we were laughing so hard from beginning to end. Best way to end a Monday night and also with some delicious cookie brittle. I think you should try your hand at baking cheese cake next. Laughing so hard my stomach hurts. lol. Loved it. 💜💙

Suggestion for if you wanna make something completely flat to a pan, take two pieces of parchment paper one on the pan, and then one on top of your product your making and take a rolling pin or another cookie sheet and gently push down on the product to make it extra flat to make it extra crispy. I’ve done it once or twice and it actually helps a bit! Have an awesome day!! 😊
