Wow! Great video. Sure beats painting the cabochons by hand. Thanks for posting.

Awesome tutorial! Oh i make custom glass eyes is by sketching details and then i laminate the tape over to make sure there's no bubbles formed under the tape, then i take the UV resin and add the small amount of UV resin to make sure it's enough and not get all over the place, then i cut around carefully so that UV resin doesn't come off the glass domes. I guess i'll need to get better at making custom glass eyes, lol! You're the great artist teacher!

I crochet animals and was looking to expand the eyes I use. This is wicked cool. Thanks!

i've always wanted to try to make digital eyes but really never knew how to make the right size. Thank you so much! i love your designs. you should sell glass eyes!

Yeah it's a trick I learned when I started making sewing patterns. I was nervous at first with it but they fit perfectly 😊

Love it! I wonder if there are glass cabs that are.. maybe not as thick? that would give less of the magnifying affect. i can't say i've ever really seen any though.. OH! or perhaps you could attempt to dome some resin over the ones that become too distorted with the glass cabs you have?

I just need to find them cause I'm sure their is. I've ordered eyes before with pretty thin ones. I just didn't see them when ordering. Lol

Do these become safety eyes?

I loved making my own, I needed something very specific for the honey bunny art doll I made and wanted it to have honey comb design in the Iris, luckily I could print them myself, I need more printer ink now though

O thoughs sound really cool. Yeah you really have to make your own with something like that. Lol one day I'll have to get my own printer too. The nice ones are just really expensive so I'll need to wait. Plus I dont feel like I'll use it enough right now.

This is really cool and I genuinely found this interesting... but I'm so old-school, nobody can rip the watercolors, pencils etc. off my hands 😂 I don't do any kind of digital art. But I suppose I could try to modify this tutorial and come up with my own way of doing this ☺️

Does it matter what paper I print them on?
@kanalzumkommentieren21692 жыл бұрын
I honestly think for some people it might be easier to draw the eyes with pencils than learning how to use a (potentially) half good program At least the one in the video doesn't meet my perfectionist standard of precision and I usually prefer to draw eyes by hand I mostly use the vector graphic program that happen to have to make a scetch that I color in by hand The video overall is very good especially for beginners
@hivefleethyper2 жыл бұрын
how do you remove them? do you have to cut them out by hand?
@bubblyleafcreations2 жыл бұрын
Yeah I just cut around them. You can do it before or after glueing. I just thought placing them would be easier if i cut them out after.
