Nice one, Charles. I tried the recipe blow for blow (we call.this 'fruit salad' here in the UK) and I got an 11%, pleasant wine that tasted of gooseberry and pears, mostly. I didn't use bags, which made racking messy, but I did use your DIY nutrient method, so thanks for that idea mate. I suppose you've been told this before, but you're a dead ringer for the great Larry Holmes 👍🏽

Hey Charles, love the videos. Have you tried leaving your wine to coldpress in the fridge to make it a little clearer? I know its something i like to do. Keep up the great work!

Great video. I'm trying to use up some just expired cans of fruit cocktail. Was going to use honey and go mead style with a long secondary. 🤞 Thanks for your input/contribution to guys like me who punch in fruit cocktail wine lol. I would've been a millionaire in jail or high school if i knew then what i know now.

I feel like there's less cherries in fruit cocktail compared to a decade ago. Might need to add some in addition to get that full nostalgic taste.

I made something like this with fruit cocktail apple sauce with cinnamon and pears all canned fruit my wife was going to throw out
