Maybe a lemon lime wine? I also wonder if adding some other flavoring, perhaps herbal. Cilantro? what about Jalapeno? Although you would certainly get a green wine.

I think on making lemon wine, but i might go ahead and add half that with Satsumas and half Meyer lemons currently in my yard i have way too lemons.

Limes have a lot of pectin, hence why it didn't clear. Maybe pectic enzyme next time

If u could do a lime cognac and probably smoke the limes before fermentation u might just give henny a run for they money.
