This is so beautiful! The only thing I would have liked to see that you missed was her smile lines and crowd feet. Lady Dimitrescu is a middle aged woman and she actually does have those details in the game, which I adore because people were loving her even with those age marks! So I would have loved to see you include those on your doll, but I love how she turned out, she is just beautiful!

I found your channel about two months ago. I do art using magic markers if you can believe it. I just completed two dolls with marker. I completely transformed them. I know that this is a version of lady dimitrescu, and as talented as you are, you still work with the original shapes of the dolls you alter. And that it was never ment to be an exact recreation of what's shown in the game. But I still wish you would have altered the body (though I don't know exactly how difficult that would be to accomplish) and made her more hourglass shaped.
