I've watched several videos and have been looking for this method for a week now as I saw it done in a buffet line. I even saw one of Jamie Oliver's and his method was alot of work and not all done in one pan. You're the only one that showed a 3 fold method and that looks super. I'm going to try that one first. I made a omlette with salami, tomatoes and melted cheese and it turned out amazing. I also put some hotsauce. The egg cracking technique works too. Thank you E-dubble you are the GOAT

One of the best omelette-cooking technique videos I've seen on KZbin. You're amazingly calm and confident. Kudos, brother. I've cooked eggs in many ways since ever, but making omelettes (specially cooking on the other side), has always been a bit intimidating.
