Great video, thank you! I didn't know what OSKA pants were, but I was looking for a review on Eve trousers. Really enjoyed your pattern alterations and your finished pants look awesome! Also, Megan Neilsen's instructions for installing zip flys in her Dawn and Ash jeans are also great. I made my first pair of jeans after sewing for only 6 months using her Dawn pattern, and it was so straightforward and clear. Anyway, thanks again!

Thanks for this. I love the OSKA trousers but haven't seen a pattern for them. Not sure if I'm a good enough sewist yet but really useful to see what you have created.

I have just watched your oska top video and liked it so much I went and looked at their website - amazing designs - not so amazing prices! - the original oska trousers look like they have a draped inverted pleat meeting behind the cuff - I wonder if the pattern should be straight legged on both seams and therefore allow for sufficient fabric to gather into a single pleat (or dart) at the base of the outside leg and a suitable length cuff added to the bottom? I'm not an experienced seamstress by any means but I have cobbled several patterns together to get the Mary Grant look some years ago for my wedding dress (she's an irish designer) - I love the lagenlook and you seem to be the only one on KZbin doing this - I'm working through your back catalog and loving it so far - I have a stash of fabric and an overlocker gathering dust too afraid to start and always finding excuses not to

Hi Wendy-Lynn. I totally missed that pleat in these Oska pants! nice eye for detail! I think you're right about making the side seams straight and then making the pleat and adding the cuff. Thank you so much for watching my channel please let me know if you have any other questions and dust off that fabric and get sewing!! if you made a dress in the past you can make anything!

Good morning! Can you suggest how to add some elastic to waist at back? I like the way you made the pants waist band a bit relaxed and then added elastic. I made the eve trousers in a size 10 but I feel the waist is a bit snug and I would like option of sizing up and then elasticizing.
