Just went Uni stage 2 with their dp on my MK8 GTI and I LOVE IT!!! I was previously using the APR tune which was fantastic, but I have to say that I'm having more fun with the added Unitronic muscle. Just waiting for that tcu tune and I'll definitely be pulling the Pmax trigger.

@@bslothed3211 cuz it’s FUN, DSG/autos are boring to me. I want to have fun not be the Fastest car out there. Stage 2 or E85 soon. South Bend Stage 3 clutch is in, we”ll see who smokes who.

You can adjust the suspension independently to anything from Comfort to Race. So, there was no need to be "bouncy" even on the "fastest" settings. However there are times, even on the street, when the Race suspension setting is useful.

This is way faster than b8 S4 and blows it out the water. It’s neck and neck with a stock vs stock w the new 2023 8Y RS3 vs. 2023 MK8 Golf R. These new Gen 4 motors are beast and fast!

Very cool to finally see the MK8’s getting a tune! I LOVE my stg. 2. Unitr. on my 7.5 dsg! Can’t wait to see what stg. 2 will do for the MK8. I’m guessing a stg. 1+ dsg tune on the MK8 could easily be a 11 second car😳

It's always best to have covered at least 15000km before performance tuning. It allows time for the engine to settle. Di it earlier on a new car and you are taking a risk

Not an STI(Not your cup of tea) but THEN you mention wanting AWD @ 3:03 . I'm sure being a car guy yourself, you know an STI has a better AWD/Differentials than a FWD based AWD system, that is in the Golf R. As the kids say, "I'm not Hatin' " but pointing out the obvious. I've owned VW/AUDI and Subaru for many decades. Now, we are human beings, we all have our preferences, I get that. PS: Currently own a 2020 STI, a B8.5 allroad, and a B9 S4. Therefore I/we enjoy great driving vehicles. PPS: Not sure why I didn't get a notification for this video.. I love ECS Tuning, and have been buying parts from you guys for a long time.
