Pizza Hut used to actually be good back in the 80s and early 90s, then there was a change in management, cost cutting, and competition from the likes of Dominoes. We briefly had a pizza hut locally, but it went under after like 5 years. Chain pizza places in general don't really do great here, too much competition from ridiculously good local pizza places.

It won't taste the same, there's things that commercial pizza companies add to their products that can't be replicated at home. Special additives, chemicals and colorings add to the flavor and texture of the "food". All fast food is not healthy but they separate from bland food by being tasty and palatable. This pizza might look good might even be healthier but it's not gonna taste the same as the original, just a regular copy cat version that doesn't taste like the real thing.

Actually stuffed crust pizza is a traditional thing in Southern Italy especially in Naples the only difference is that Ricotta is used instead of Mozzarella and actually it's my favorite one and being Italian I really have to say that although I'm against the American version of the sauce and the dough this stuff is still amazing you're great man!

Recipe: Dough: this recipe + garlic and herbs butter + some oregano Sauce: mixture of any sauce I find. Usually it's pizza and pasta sauce + momos hot sauce + schezwan sauce + oregano + other seasonings + garlic and herbs butter (and more if I have time) Topping: I'm a corn lover, so a layer of sweet corn and cheese Inside the crust: cheese and tandoori sauce Before putting sauce on, I brush it with garlic butter, Before putting it in the oven and after taking it out, I brush that butter on the crust.

You ran into the same problem I run into cooking a pizza in a conventional oven. In a pizza oven, there's a lot of heat that comes over the top of the pizza, and it gives it some nice color, especially the pepperoni. Throw the broiler on for a couple of min at the end to compensate.

Hey Joshua! I have been watching you for a while, and I have a suggestion: when putting your ingredients in the stand mixer, start with the water, yeast, and sugar, put the flour on top of that, then the salt; starting with the wet helps prevent the need to scrape the bowl down.

I have a recipe from a pizzaria that sadly went out of business many years ago it was a small company but there pizza was amazing and I would like to see my favorite food KZbinr try it The one I liked the most is called cheese king Master dough:1½ cup of water, 2¼tsp of dried yeast,1tsp Suger,3¾ cup of unbleached bread flour,⅔ cup fine semolina,1tsp salt,4tbsp olive oil,¼ cup of cheese powder Cheesy garlic pizza sause:14 oz chopped tomatoes,2tbsp tomato paste,½tsp of sugar, 1tbsp of ground salt and pepper,1tbsp of powder garlic,¼ cup of powder cheese Blend together till sauce like After rulling out the dough and putting the sauce on it cover in fresh mozzarella, parmigiana and pizza sessioning and once your done put it in your oven preheated to 425 and cook for 12-15 minutes

As someone who almost lived off pizza hut for a few months I concur with the statement "it's the McDonald's of pizza". Granted the pizza hut was literally a block away from my apartment at the time, and after moving, the other pizza huts I've been too weren't as good. So maybe it was that specific location.

It definitely depends on the location. Our nearest Pizza Hut for delivery always undercooks the pizza - the crust is anaemic and sometimes parts of the cheese haven't fully melted. And yet we forget this like twice a year and order anyway. WHY
