Nice one. By accident i do this, after I make rosehip syrup (with honey) I have to admit, its more of a liqueur than a tincture. 😊

I like to use Dog Rose hips after the first hard freeze. This softens them up and then I crush and tincture them.

Don’t You will bring water - fresh flesh - into your preparation and it will go bad after a while. Don’t crush them unless you’re taking it within few months. Johanne Real Herbalist TCM Practitioner
