Ball Mason makes a great lid for resealing. It is brown. Comes in wide and regular. I use them for my tinctures.

I thought there was suppose be no air in the jar because of possible oxidation

If the plant material is completely covered with alcohol, the tincture should be fine even if the jar isn't completely full.
