I've been really enjoying the Mandalorian on Disney+ so I thought I'd 3D print a replica of his blaster and spruce it up with a real wood handle and lead weights to give it a realistic heft.

Birdseye maple grips on a toy? Sexy! Just got myself setup with 2 printers....going to make a full wall of weapons. This is very well done!

SAND would have added weight without having to deal with burning toxins so other than that, GREAT JOB! Rubbing everything down with graphite would have helped add depth to all the metal and before you clear coat... brush cinnamon and turmeric into all the joints to simulate weather and grime. Or train set clean dirt works too~.

I intentionally only did paint chip weathering because Mando is definitely someone who frequently cleans his weapons
