A really nice looking Thomas model. That dark blue does kind of remind me of his blue he had in season 5.

What a beautiful Thomas model. I love the darker blue you gave him! In terms of putting your 3D body shell into the Proper Shape , I recommend using a hairdryer. Heat up your print No more than 30 seconds. Put it into place, put the hair dry in it cold Mode, and cool down the print or use cold water that should fix it I have had cases where I have to do this multiple times to the same print, but eventually , I get it back into shape I hope this helps!

Great looking Thomas model! I will say though, you should try to get a funnel turned in brass or something, so that you can make it look right while still having the smoke unit. You tempt me too much to use my aerosol can of ts-10 over a dark blue or something instead of ts-23 glazed over white!

If you look at NWR1991's film of Pilot Thomas The Tank Engine you can see the pilot model was made of plastic and it warped. The body shape like yours from 3D looked worse when the smoke generator looked like a bomb on wheels which is sad if only you used brass metal instead.

Please help! I'm working on my own Thomas and I'm stuck on the lining and number 1! How do you source your vinyl? Do you have a cricket or other machine to do it or do you outsource it from somewhere? If so, where can I get some for my own Thomas!
