This is the best veggie burger ever ;)
change the ingredients and create your own veggie burger!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ingredients:
For the buns :
500g bread flour
250g water
20g sweetener
20g oil
5g salt
5g dried yeast
20g sesame seeds
For the pickles :
300g cucumber
150g vinegar
150g water
30g sweetener
5g salt
5 black peppers
3 cloves
1 chilli pepper
1 bay leaf
Instructions:
1. combine all the ingredients for the buns and knead well.
2. let it ferment until it doubles in volume.
3. punch down the dough and divide into 8 - 10 pieces.
4. place the dough in buns tin and let it ferment until it doubles in volume.
5. bake at 340F/170C for 25 mins.
6. put all the ingredients except for cucumber into a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
7. put cucumber into a glass jar and pour the mixture.

「材料」
ハンバーガーバンズ
強力粉 500g
水 250g
甘味料 20g
オイル 20g
塩 5g
ドライイースト 5g
白炒りごま 20g
ピクルス
きゅうり 300g
酢 150g
水 150g
甘味料 30g
塩 5g
黒胡椒 5粒
クローブ 3つ
唐辛子 1本
ベイリーフ 1枚
「作り方」
1、ハンバーガーバンズの全ての材料を混ぜ合わせ、よく捏ねます。
2、二倍に膨らむまで一次発酵させます。
3、ガス抜きして生地を8〜10等分します。
4、バンズ型に生地を入れ、二倍に膨らむまで二次発酵させます。
5、170℃で25分ほど焼きます。
6、ピクルスのきゅうり以外の材料を鍋に入れて沸騰させます。
7、ガラスのジャーなどにきゅうりを入れ、ピクルス液を注ぎます。

福田修司さん もちろん牛乳でも豆乳でも水分なら基本的にはなんでも代用OKですが、せっかくのベジバーガーなので水でいきましょう。

I'm so amazed by the filming quality, what camera do you use? I'm about to start my own channel on KZbin which I have wanted now for a long time, but it isn't easy at all. I mean like I struggle a lot with the editing programme and so on. You are a true inspiration to me! 😀☺️

Only takes a week to make veggie burger 🙈. I’m not sure if that was a style of bread with seeds inside the bread, but normally sesame seeds goes on top of the bread (at least in the states). I just made some veganized sliders buns the other day 👌. But if this is your preference or style then never mind 🤐. 😜 -Will have to try this pickle recipe, as normally the recipes I see are always way too sweet 🤢. But your recipe looks really good.

your dough was still a bit too dry, after A LOT of bread experience I've learned that it's better to make it too wet and knead until elastic and glossy :) PS: I adore your videos!

ピクルス作ってみました!今までいろいろピクルスレシピで作ってみたんですが、このレシピはかなり美味しく、簡単だし、これからはこのレシピでいこうと思います。 あの、このつけてるピクルス液は次のキュウリなどをつけるときに使い回しはしないほうがいいですか?あんまり美味しいので、捨てるのもったいないと、貧乏くさい衝動にかられてしまいました(笑)作りなおししてもべつに大丈夫なんですけど(笑)

発酵はどのくらいかかりましたか?

普通のパンであれば、一次発酵は40分、ガス抜きして、10分ベンチタイムおいて、2次は30~40分。 ですが、これらはあくまで目安であって、1.5~2倍に膨れたらおkです。 ただし、アルコールの匂いがしてきたら、過発酵ですのですぐに次の工程へ移ってください。 パンは、大きい発泡スチロールに入れて、隣に70度~90度位のお湯を入れた カップorどんぶり皿を置いておくだけでおkです。 型に入れたパン生地にはラップ+濡れ布巾必須です。 焼くときだけオーブン使った方が電気代もお得です。 以上、普段からパンを作っている通りすがりからでした。 ご参考になれば幸いです。

くぅー、シャレオツ。 スーパーのものあまり買いたくないのですが、どこから仕入れているんですか? パンすら市販のものは買いたくないので、食わないし。、 ぶっちゃけ身の回りに何も食べれるものがないんですよね。 それだけ身の回りに危険物があるわけですけど。 炊飯器すら毒加工されているので、ステンレス片手鍋で炊かないといけないでし、 どうすりゃいんだ!生きにくいぜ! 今度ベジレストランでもいってみるけど、 ヴィーガンはどういう扱いになるのでしょうかね。 卵とか入ってたら無理なんですけど。

Raja Arief Danial why couldn't they? we can absolutely consume yeast products. yeast isn't an animal by product.

Raja Arief Danial yeast is a fungus actually, so different classification than animals! I'm not familiar with any vegans who don't consume yeast, since it's not an animal- there may be some vegans who don't eat yeast but I'm not sure why they wouldn't! :)
