I love your videos man! Been wine making for around 13 years and country wines are in my opinion better than many you get in the shops, if done right. Started brewing beer around 10 years ago and have recently moved on to the all grain method with great success. I’m quite partial to some of the decent kits out there too. We’re always learning and I find your videos very informative and so simple to follow. Recently been teaching my partner how to brew, she’s fascinated. She’s just done a strawberry wine from a kit and I have just bottled a Rhubarb and have 2 different Parsnip recipes bubbling away, 2 batches of Blueberry nearly ready to bottle, Some St.Peter’s Golden Ale from a kit conditioning and a small batch of Pilsner I learnt from you today. Once you get a little production line going, the possibilities are endless. Keep up the great work and thank you for sharing your knowledge cheers! 🍾🍷🍺🤗

Just wanted to say I've watched a lot of winemaking videos over the past 7 years. Some are too technical, some offer incorrect information, or are just too complicated. Your videos are excellent. I wish I found them 4 years ago...I'd have saved a lot of headaches.

Just talking about making Blueberry Wine for the first time last night, and magically you make a video! Thank you Sir!

As someone who wanders around fields to find wild berries to turn into wine, I can't recommend it enough

I like your practical and frugal approach to the process. A tea bag, lemon, and bread yeast are a lot cheaper and more available than the equivalents from the brew store (if you even have one). Great video! I also like that you leave in things like the blueberry dump. That happens to all of us at one point or another!

I love blueberry wine. I've made it from juice, fresh fruit and frozen fruit and it's all good.

Watching this drinking some wine from a batch about two years old(Orange, very dry, meant to mimic whiskey- did well!). Getting motivated to get another one going!

I sadly had some blueberry wine go to vinegar because I let to much oxygen in when I was transferring into final fermentation container….i think I’m going to distill it for a vinaigrette
