beastmen and non-beastmen doesn't even seem like a line, it feels more like a spectrum from blue to purple to red where local cultures would dictate who or what is a beast, beastman or man depending on the severity and quantity of mutations.

As someone in UK who used to stay up for a Canadian's streams that would start 3am UK time, midnight is not a concern for me. It's catching streams in my day time that seem to be beyond me. Regarding naming conventions of evil characters. I agree there's a bit too much reliance on the 'Mal' in Warhammer, but I think that whether an uncreative name actually fits or not depends on who is doing the naming. If this is a name the Beastman came up with themselves, with their relatively narrow intellect, then it could make sense. A part of me thinks it would be more fitting if Beastmen actually had no use for names for each other as that could be a product of civilisation of some kind. Then perhaps it's just a simple epithet originally given to this particular Beastman, the 'bad gor' or Malagor, that eventually just loses the original context and becomes the proper name without people thinking that it's a bit dumb.

it could also be interesting if the Enenimity between Sigmar and Malagor was part of the cause for Sigmarism's anti-witch policy, despite Ulric using witches, and Sigmar is believed to have been a worshiper of Ulric, or at least was accepted by Ulric.

Further, it would be interesting if the conflict between them was as Sigmar united a number of the tribes, Malagor seeks to dissolve this, and the conflict leads to the extermination of several tribes, which makes it infinitely harder for Sigmar to then re-unify them and create the empire.

Could a big block of "tzaangors" work as regular gors in the old world? Since the only thing that connects them is their horns? Sure tzaangors have almost bestigor hornlengths but they don't really have great weapons. Either 1h and shield or dual wielding. Hey guess what gors have that too! I guess that would be fine? These are just beakie gors, (beakie gits lol) maybe even just some ducks that wandered into the wrong pond and 'poof' now you are a "beastmen". Maybe painted like mallards?

Nope. Just like humans can mutate into animals through chaos, animals can mutate into humans with chaos. That and also mutated outcasts from civilization will be pushed out to join herds. Plus, of course, some are also just naturally born from female beastmen.

Some beastmen are, some other beastmen are born to a pair of beastmen within the herd. The very first beastmen were born when the polar warpgates collapsed, driving together the men of the north and their herds of goats/other livestock.

I get why they had to do the name change because it's long overdue but the pronunciation makes me always picture it in my head as being spelled malarion instead of erion.... and the way I picture the spelling in my head makes him sound like just another named demon or champion of nurgle. Still struggling with that change.

It be cool if the add a god/godlike character inspirerad by Echidna or supernaturals eve. The beastmen should not only be offspringes from humans, they should come from all sorts of species. It make the world feel small if all the chaos factions almost online are connected to humans.

My god, all this talk of the Beastmen shows how inept GW has been in fleshing out their different factions in Fantasy, cause all of these different ideas feel like many amazing avenues for great stories. Also, I sincerely hope the Kingdoms of Ind is Beastmen controlled with only a few human populations who do most of the trading with the other nations. The Beastmen would be mutants tainted by Chaos, but all of whom have found some form of inner peace or nirvana (similar to Buddhism) with their condition and decide to coexist with other races. Granted they're in the ways of beastly beings, but they're not outright malicious. Maybe to add some Hinduism aspect, Ind's Beastmen and humans see their bestial mutations as either gifts or punishments that they gain when their souls reincarnate and are brought back to the mortal world in different forms. Honestly, Warhammer's emphasis on how the Realm of Souls works would fit perfectly with a civilization that emulates real life Hindu samsara, karma, and dharma. And it once again reminds me of how much GW screwed the pooch on the sheer potential Warhammer Fantasy could've had. Hopefully they dont mess it up a second time.
