Made it two days ago and it was a huge success! I don't like it sweet so I didn't use the condensed milk, the raisins were enought. Also I made it vegan and used firm tofu insted of paneer which no body noticed :) Because the gravy is the time consuming work I made a lot and freezed it, I would like to know how to bake to Koftas for next time, you said 250 celsius degrees - is it right? Excellent recipe just loved it. Thank you very much. Only thing is i added a pinch of sugar in place of condensed milk and also added vegetables to kofta in addition to paneer. And air fried in place of deep fry to give a healthier twist.

Thanks a lot for honoring my request. When I make Malai Kofta, I just add magaj( pumpkin seed ) and cashew nuts when I saute the onions, before grinding. I also use Sujata mixer which I got it from India last year. I have couple of American mixers too. But no match to Sujata mixer(So cheaply priced when works like Vitamix mixer). I liked your recipe and this time will definitely make it your way. Thanks again and waiting for your more yummy recipe videos.
