Your videos and advice has been so calming, in a world that is largely full of stressed out, competitive, and alot of negative people- these videos are extremely refreshing. It's wise to be different and calm cool and collected at all times. There is no benefit to being stressed or negative.

What a beautiful video!!! What an overall great message to people in their 30s. I turned 32 in February and I didn't do much with my life in my 20s, sometimes I still feel like a loser for that. Yet at 32 I am actually finding myself for the first time, what life I want, what job I would love, where I would want to live, etc. I am finally finding what fits in my life and I still feel like a loser and like I am behind in life. Thank you so much for this. This was a good reminder for me.

Great video Sophie with really helpful suggestions. I am 62 and still learning about boundaries, after a challenging unsafe childhood. I was angry and in trauma regarding my parents for most of my life, however I now know that letting go for me equalled inner freedom. I wish I had been as wise as you at 33years old. You are right there ❤ thank you for sharing your wisdom x

33 was one of my favorite years! I am glad you are enjoying it too. My 30s were my favorite so far (I turned 40 in Nov). I am glad you feel good and content right now. That is so important. I know several people who were adopted, and most of them went through identity struggles and I feel that is normal (when you think about wanting to know where you came from, who your birth parents were, why you were given up for adoption, etc). I have heard that saying about watering your own lawn before and love it too. I am one who doesn't compare myself to others, but I compare myself to myself a lot - which probably stimulates growth. As always, loved your video.

Chronological Age/Biological Age and Society expectations can mislead us so much and take away our Happiness. Not everyone feels their age. I do believe that Spiritual Age is the most accurate age, where time is endless, and we feel happy and content with who we are. and the "number" doesn't define us. When I turned 40, I felt like life was done, but then I began to shift my mindset and realized that I am alive and life should continue to be enjoyed doesn't matter your age! We keep growing, getting stronger and becoming wiser. Thank you Sophie for another inspirational video! ❤

Again what words of wisdom you have shared Sophie! I really want to single out two in particular. It is indeed the stinking thinking that often leads us down a rabbit hole. Your emphasis on good therapy is spot on. Good job! Second I think too many look at others to try to figure out what to do or the so called "wisdom" of crowds. Instead your emphasis at looking inside and try to figure what works for you is beyond excellent. Your wanting to spend quiet time with your husband to reflect on things is a strong sign of a meaningful love relationship. That is priceless. Blessings and peace to you! Craig

New subscriber here! I’m so glad I found your channel. I can relate to so many of the topics you cover, yet you deliver it in a way that actually eases stress and is enjoyable to watch. I turned 34 in April and for some reason this year was a real wake up call for me. I realised that I wasn’t just on the wrong path, I wasn’t on any path! I can really relate to how disheartening it is being rejected from jobs that you know you’d be great at - I’m right there at the moment too. So after 10 years out of education, I will be studying for my access to university qualifications at the end of summer. My future classmates will likely be younger than me, but I’ve already had a full life, which has changed how I perceive myself and the world around me, for the better. There are no rules on which order your life should be lived, and I truly believe that you are only as old as you feel.
