Sooo, after trying this foundation FOR A WEEK, and wanting it to work so badly...I have officially returned the Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin Foundation. My skin ended up looking EVERYTHING but beautiful. Let me know if you've tried this! A lot of people love it, and I'm so confused. My skin looked dehydrated all week, and it looked like I had never exfoliated in my life. I really hope we have another foundation from Charlotte Tilbury coming our way because this just wasn't it...

Taylor’s brushes are STUNNING! You’re not crazy about the comparison of the tones. That was pretty surprising from CT. I’m always intrigued by your reviews because I have a lot of the texture and large pores, BUT I’m a oily/normal girl. Hope you’re well and the house is coming along nicely. I had a similar experience. On the parts that were smooth and not dry, it looked ok. But it picked up dryness I didn’t know I had and made it look terrrrible. Thanks for a great vid!

I have dry problem skin like yours and I have found that Osmosis foundation, primer and skin care works the best for me. The foundation looks and feels like skin.

Please do the new Chanel no 1 foundation! It has skincare in it, gives a glow and moisturizing. They're saying it's just a step down from Sublimage and it's been compared to Armani Luminous Silk. I have it and love it. 💖

I actually haven't seen any good reviews on this foundation for dry skin. I was waiting for yours because you always do up close, zoom ins to really let us see your skin. I tried this foundation as well. I have very dry mature skin. I did not like the finish or the way it made my skin feel. I ended up returning it and buying Urban Decay’s Hydromaniac which I am really enjoying!

I don’t think I’ll use a different foundation after trying the Rcma foundation. You literally need a dot, a single dot, like a sixth of a pump for high coverage that feels like nothing and blends so incredible into your face. All my other products I use are hourglass, but the foundation is always going to be Rcma. You should try it if you haven’t, but you really need to make sure not to use very much at all.

My skin type is mature/combination and this foundation looked horrible on my skin. I returned it. I bought that shade of CT lipstick, it looks a lot like Stoned Rose on me, but I still really like it.

The same thing happened for me, I had to returned ir, and I did try it just as you did, different scenarios and every day for a whole week...my face looked so textured and not good at all, ut emphasized my pores as well...I really wanted to like it but nope...returned it

It's the hyaluronic acid, my sworn enemy! Remember those Kosas lip oils with HA everyone was raving about? They made my lips feel tight and crusty. Same with HA in foundations, I turn into a crater face. Dermatologist Shereene Idriss isn't a fan of HA either, because she says it's actually really drying and overused, so defo check out her videos.

I wanted to try this one. It’s cosmetics and bare minerals actually have a class law action against them for causing autoimmune issues and thyroid issues among other things. I was using it, I no longer am. They have PFAs which is a toxic chemical and has been also been linked to serious side effects including cancer, low birth weight, liver damage, ulcerative colitis, immune dysfunction, and developmental toxicity.

I never believed it was natural ingredients because I don’t break out but anytime I’ve ever tried to wear it I’ve broken out really bad and have gotten a rash which is something I’m pretty sure shouldn’t have with natural ingredients and this is the second time they’re being sued for their ingredients I’m pretty sure. I was wearing it again and then saw where they had been sued so it’s a really good thing you no longer are

It’s funny how you turn into a dad when you’re tired 😂😂😂😂 I have bought soooo many foundations lately. The mufe reboot, the new shape tape cloud, the Lisa Eldridge, the LYS, the CT and I just tried the new NARS one today… who needs this many foundations?! 😂 I was expecting the CT one to be a lot more Dewey or radiant than it is.. it looks kinda dry on me too. Omg… I think it might be breaking me out too! I thought it was in my head.. but every time I wear it i get a couple of red bumps 🤔

Hey hey! I hope you’ll see this comment, cuz I have a super dry and red(ish) skin (like eczema-dry and rosacea pink😄) and recently I’ve found a perfect foundation! Almost perfect because of the shade, it’s a bit too yellow on my pale skin but I found a way to fix it with lavender finish powder (Givenchy travel powder). Anyways, my personal perfect is My Armani To Go cushion, in shade 2. It’s an old product but I’ve been searching for it for 2 years! My fav Lancôme Miracle cushion has been discontinued and Armani cushion for some reason doesn’t have a lot of reviews and me finding it after 2 years of intensive search still was an accidental situation... Armani I am applying with a very thin layer, it perfectly covers the redness, doesn’t highlights patches, doesn’t dry out my skin, passed the mask and phone “Test” (I mean like barely lives color on my mask and phone). For me it’s a long awaited product. I wash my face till it feels squeaky under my fingers, like this I know that there’s no dry layer which will turn into patches, then on a damp skin I apply thin layer Eucerin with Urea 5% and then I go with the cushion foundation. It looks flawless. I think this product was/is highly underestimated and did not address the right market (like specifically dry-skin people). Oh this was a long comment, sorry😅. You might also like Chanel Sublimage L’essence De Teint (in a tall bottle), not sure if you have it, I bought it in UK. Was my go-to after Lancôme but before Armani. I just prefer cushion foundations 🤷‍♀️ Have a great day!

It’s a horrible foundation!!! Pores galore! Finally someone is honest about it. Unlike others who don’t want to loose PR. Sorry, but it’s true. Even the “airbrush” foundation is not worth it. medium coverage…. I have better foundations that that. I expected a lot better quality and efficacy, but nope. Not worth it. At alll. At all. Sorry. Very overrated, but the foundations are not very good. not my thing for this particular brand. 😭🥺 I’m so disappointed.😒😕
