Hello! I'd like to know : on the internet, how to make sure you are on a native craftperson's shop ? I wouldn't like to buy something I shouldn't.

Honestly, this is just good hiring advice in general. It's very similar to how I as an autistic person wants to be treated. For me I am constantly concerned about making social / communication mistakes with every interaction. Being stuffed into a completely standard issue white guy body can only get you so far in this world. I know how I am physically perceived, so neurologically I'm very considerate of others. When hiring employees, my concerns were my customers. I had a lot of Spanish and Russian speaking customers. Also had a lot of English speaking Muckleshoot clients. Gustavo was great with them all. He had his own cultural style and dressed well. If anything he may have spent too much time just chatting and making people comfortable than trying to sell them on anything other than what they needed. I don't hire slaves, I hire people that do things I'm bad at lol As nice as I am, I just suck at social skills.

A'ho!!!

I see lived and experienced in hawaiian culture. Some love our island and our ways. Some just hawaiian by blood and do not enjoy the water.

@@erikbetancourt7194 That's a culture I can get. Saltwater up to my knees so I can gather crabs or some tasty mussels? Sure. Freshwater? No, it has leeches don't question me lol Swimming? Nope. I like my feet on the ground and food in my belly. Hard to cook and eat on the water. Love being near it, hate being in it.

Excuse me asking but why you're making it sounds like a big deal what's the difference between aboriginal canadian and any other canadian and why you're demanding and questioning about the intentions as if its something specially easy Why hiring someone with indigenous canadian background BECAUSE the company is hiring and that person came to the interview and their qualifications were suitable no trics here i don't understand you sorry could you clarify please

❤just you explaining the difference between lived experience and just thinking they know everything because when people just think they know creates a lot of narcissistic behavior from people vs someone like me who as walk the red road for over 25 years and Wicca

The many different people you can hire is a pluse. Between different people brings all kinds of idea and can lead to a different or a easyer way of getting things done.
