That's not the whole picture. There is a lack of street lights. There is building work going on constantly including on a Sunday. The buses also do not have seat belts. Some grass areas do not even have fencing and you can simply fall down a six foot drop. There is a dirt carpark within walking distance of the 'nice' Hotels. You will find a small diet hardened play area where you will even find small children 'playing'. You will 'see' stagnant water in an area where many cars are 'parked' just beyond the tarmac of a tree lined carpark in front of an upmarket hotel. Do not be fooled by videos that 'highlight' 'fancy shopping'. There is poverty all around in Malta with many 'rundown' buildings and building sites with an 'authority' that 'apparently' just 'turns a blind eye'. Malta is apparently just all about 'making money' out of seemingly 'totally gullible' tourists. You visit Malta 🇲🇹 at your own risk. There apparently is no health and safety and seemingly little or no building regulations either.

Hello, you have my other video, made a bit later that describes most of the picture.
