This reminds me very much of a very traditional British recipe here in the UK, of 'cauliflower and broccoli cheese' (often just 'cauliflower cheese') which is cauliflower and broccoli in a roux-based cheese sauce, baked with cheese and breadcrumbs on top. It's very well-known here, and we have it quite often as a side dish to a 'Sunday Roast' dinner. Love your videos!

My Grandmother used to make this with rice. Have u ever heard of rice, broccoli and cheese casserole? I think there is mushroom soup in it as well. I can't find my Grandmother's old recipe box. Sara, she raised me and i miss her so much , especially holidays. When someone loves you unconditionally, you never forget.

The mayo is unnecessary if you used eggs, cooked mayonnaise seems suspect to me anyhow , but I would use as a substitute if I didn't have eggs tho, either way it looks soooo delicious 😋 😋 yummy 👍

No worries on the mayonnaise. All mayonnaise is, is basically oil, eggs and an acid like lemon juice or vinegar 😉 well, if you were to make it at home anyway. Store bought has stabilizers and preservatives too.

Your casserole dish is beautiful.....I like using my pretty bowls and dishes.....although, after the meal is done, it’s so easy to just throw out the cheap aluminum pans.....!

I absolutely love your videos and I watch them all the time. My only feedback is that you should consider investing in some editing software. For instance in this video you could have edited out the part where you went over to the microwave to melt your butter, or the part where you had to wait for your Christmas clock to stop making noise. I have noticed in other videos when you are making things, like say tacos, you will show us how to do one, and then rather than speed up making all the rest, or editing out the part where you are making the rest, we sit and watch you make the same thing 6+ times. And why make a part 2 of this video that was just 23 seconds long? It could have just been integrated into video 1. You will often times have part 1 and part 2 of your videos probably because you don't have an editing software. There are youtube videos that are way longer that one part of your video, so breaking them up in two isn't because of time constraints. It is because you are unable to merge two videos together. Just a suggestion, not hating at all, just some feedback.
