These Chinese sweet and sour ribs are seriously finger licking good! This is something that my mom occasionally cooks for dinner, and we all love it! Hope you add this sweet and sour ribs recipe to your rotation soon!

Notes, you can use any oil to sear the ribs. I just list canola and vegetable because many people generally have it in their homes. You can also use shaoxing wine instead of cooking rice wine.
