You use the paddle to make cookies the attachment you used is for bread I watched people using their Bosch on you tube there is a monster chocolate chip cookie recipe I watched and made. Awesome. It makes 80 regular cookies or 48 super large ones. You can make like 9 loaves of bread at once

That marinade was delicious... i added salt and pepper.. i did it with skirt steak and in the bbq.. very delicious!! Made mash potatoes.. The steak works much better plus i bbq it! Since it was sweet definitely needed salt. Chef kiss Mrs Whisk!

When I make egg bites I put the stuff in(my fav combo is bacon and spinach) then add the mixed up eggs and cheese. That way I don’t get to the last few and have barely any stuff in them. Then I just stir with a fork so they mix and the stuff doesn’t stay on the bottom. Love these videos!

Hey Kimberly Whisk, I love your videos! They crack me up. But I wanted to let you know that I have made your famous cookie recipe several times. Both to make fresh and to freeze. The last time I made them to freeze, I made 2 different batches. One with the vanilla pudding but the second one I used chocolate pudding and Heath chips (instead of the chocolate chips). My hubs very much enjoyed them both but he is a Heath super fan, so he really enjoyed those ones. Thanks for creating all your content!

I have had a Bosch a long time and love it. I think you were using the dough hook. The other beaters are for cookie dough. Also the side thing is for a blender.

Don’t use the whips for cookies- she’s using the right one :). There are cookie/cake attachments as well but if you don’t have one, the dough whisk is what you use :)

Hi Kim! So excited for a cooking videos because they’re my favorites!! For Korean bbq you can either use the short ribs (usually Costco o sams packages come with two layers but you can only see one). Or you can take some sirloin or any steak and slice it really thin and the add the marinade :) love Korean bbq over here.

The egg whites in a smoothie actually makes it super fluffy. It’s good in a margarita too! I thought the same thing when I first heard it, it sounded so nasty until someone made it. it’s delicious!

I use my Bosch ALL the time. For cookies, you need to either start with your wisk attachments or, even better, get some cookie dough paddles. They make short work of creaming the butter and sugar together. The hook you used is for bread dough, which is why it didn't work very well.
