Love the motivation. I started 75 Hard and it is going great. I love the two 45 min work outs a day one inside and one outside(even a 45 min walk outside) , READ 10 pages a day ( I have been in my Bible) , drink a gallon of water a day , no alcohol , stick to a diet,take a progress picture. I like the way Im tracking it and it is a good daily sense of accomplishment to create some great habits

You need baskets in both your closet and pantry with tags - easter,halloween,christmas,birthdays etc.and when You buy something,just toss it in correcr bin. Once season comes,just take bin out. It should help a lot for forgething you had something spesific.

I totally relate to you wanting to preserve things and have gotten better about that as I’ve gotten older. The reason I think is that as we get older, we realize that time truly is fleeting and we have enough experience of saving stuff and realizing that things don’t last forever (including us 🥴) and we need to just enjoy them while we have them.

That's so fun that you did the vision board with your kids! ❤ I did one on my bulletin board, but I just used the push pins to hold the stuff down and printed photos off the internet. Some of my goals are: drink at least 24 oz of water daily, eat strictly vegetarian meals 5 days a week, no more than a pop a day, to get an article printed in a magazine, to make one blog post a week, to launch my online course, create my decluttering planner, exercise 2-3 x a week, and read at least 1 book a month... so far I'm failing miserably, but I'm still determined 😊

Happy New Year! I can relate to feeling bushwacked during the holidays. My husband had his knee replacement on December 4. Our youngest had his birthday on the 9th. Then there was the decorating and wrapping. Making a go at cookies. I was starting to lose it here. Got some things done, but cut way, way back. Throw in upteen after surgery visits and the start of twice a week physical therapy. Of course, we had a family size New Year's, and to all of this, I was literally starting to lose my mind. Everyone seemed pleased with food and gifts. So, that's my reward. Now, to soak in my jacuzzi! You're my inspiration! Thank you, sister!😊🎉❤

Oh that song 😢 it just turns the emotions way up! I try to let things go or push things aside so it doesn’t consume me., but it just overwhelms me more. I’m always reminded how much I have, it isn’t much but it’s more than I could have asked for. But yet I feel like I should have done more with myself, for my kids, my life. I am such a dreamer. You could use a ham hock to make some great northern, Lima, or other beans w/ cornbread during the year for a great protein meal. Add some rice and a green veggie, Brussels sprouts, spinach or collards. That’s what my Mom fixed often in the 60’s. Add carrots & celery to a great northern bean soup……the bomb !! Just an old school meal plan idea. Also, add chopped onion to beans & your collards.

For several years now I have made it a priority to keep hand lotion and a lip balm in all my purses. I usually just transfer them from one bag to the next but if I forget then I usually have to find a lotion wherever I’m at. I have always had really dry skin but more so since my thyroid issues. Also, I have noticed that if I use a face cream on my hands, it absorbs so much better and moisturizes better as well

We love the plain Greek yogurt from Costco. Use it like sour cream & ranch dip etc. Really good & lots of protein. You can add vanilla into the plain Greek yogurt too 💓

Kim, you have to adjust the suction level if it's the shark. That will help it pick up those beads I think. Maybe the suction affects the height, idk but I have a shark and I have to adjust it to pick up bigger things
