Kim you truly have no idea what you do for us in this community. I have had an awful day of grieving. In 2020 I lost my father, my 7-month-old son and my 14-year-old son within 8 months of each other and today boy I feel it. While laying on the couch doing some mindless scrolling I decided to pop on to see if you posted a new video sure enough here you are. You brought out the first genuine laugh that I've had in quite a while. I love your beautiful self never change who you are because you're an amazing inspiring human being ❤️😘❤️

I’m so very sorry for all your losses. That is quite a lot in such a short time period. I sort of understand your grief. My Dad, my youngest sister, my older brother, my mother and my husband all died in the month of December. The whole month is difficult with memories and reminders of my loss. My heart goes out to you. I wish I could be there to hug you and tell you that you will survive this.

Sooo, when my (one and only) baby was 2 months old, I could not have imagined doing half the things you do!!! Prepping and cooking (recording and editing )all the meals you are sharing ? I barely showered and dressed up, forget about putting make up on, organizing kids birthday parties or doing an intro dance to cheer my viewers up!!!! Kim, you're truly an inspiration! I admire you!

Kim, when you get a new kitchen aid mixer, get the one that drops the bowl down, rather than flipping the top back. I’ve had mine for 20 years and it’s still in perfect condition- and I use it constantly. There was something about the flip top ones that weren’t made as well. The kind I have is a bit more expensive, but again, it’s lasted me 20 years and it will probably last 20 more. I got it for my 22 birthday because that’s all I wanted. The biggest thing to remember is to not let the bowl drop unsupported. I always lower mine slowly and make sure I’m supporting it completely. It was around $500 20 years ago, so I can’t even imagine what they cost now. 😮

I make a pineapple casserole for Easter. it uses crushed pineapple, eggs, sugar, cornstarch, water, cinnamon. I bake it for an hour at 350 delicious. You can even put on top of vanilla ice cream, yummy.

Christmas traditions make so happy!! French bread pizza Christmas Eve has been a tradition in my family since I was a little kid, I’ve carried it on with my kids and this year will be the first Christmas with my granddaughter. My mom makes a chocolate rum pie every year and that tradition came from her childhood and it’s so delicious. She finally gave me the recipe and I’ll be making one!

Kim, add a can of chopped artichoke hearts to the spinach. Top once in the casserole dish with more parmesan or mozzarella cheese. You can serve that with tortilla chips.

The pineapple casserole is delicious. It is better if the tidbits are used. Put the Ritz in a Ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin. The chunkier the Ritz the better. Corn casserole is a great one also.

The pineapple casserole is an old recipe. My grandma-in-law made this for us back in the early 1970s and she used crushed pineapple. Try the recipe for Johhny Rivers Smokehouse Greens, they are very good.

When you said pineapple casserole, that really got my interest since I’ve never even heard of that for the holidays before. Love all the recipes and ideas. We do Chinese New Year traditional dinners, usually includes a whole fish with head and tail and a chicken dish, noodles and more. The items that your brother and sister-in-law made…AMAZING!

I always make green bean casserole and my moms applesauce for thanksgiving and my husband always makes mashed potatoes too! Even if we’re going to someone’s house for the holiday, that’s what we always bring. And then for Christmas I always make my grandmas fudge and my husbands family makes their grandmas almond roca. Those are the recipes that we make every single year no matter what. Everything else is fluid and can change but those are the traditional recipes we keep.

Kim, I could watch you cook all day. Sometimes I do. Tip. If you have a pizza stone put it on the bottom rack of your oven when baking pies. Bake the pie as usual and when it is finished, slide the pie onto the stone for about five minutes with the oven off. This will almost always guarantee a well baked bottom crust. We love pineapple casserole. We use crushed
