Kim, I am Mexican, we keep our tortillas in the fridge! They’ll go stale in the pantry and you are gonna reheat them anyway when you want to eat. At least in Mexico we never eat them cold. Thank you for being so hilarious 😆 you always put a little happy in my day

If you haven't already done so, I'd recommend you line the potato and onion bins with some newspaper. Helps to absorb moisture from any that might have gone soft due to bruising.

Great job, everything looks fabulous AND functional! One quick recommendation I’d have though is maybe move the potato basket to the other side of the pantry floor; onions produce a gas that can actually age potatoes, so maybe even just putting the cutting boards between them may help in their longevity

I giggled a little when you found the bag of marbles. When our children were all at home, I always had a bag of marbles with my baking supplies. When you add a cupcake liner to your pan, put a marble between the liner and the pan and it forms a heart. I always made my childrens cupcakes in the shape of a heart...especially for our RED Valentines day dinner and dessert. I miss those days

It looks beautiful Mrs. Whisk! The only suggestion I have is to separate your potatoes and onions further because the gas from the onions can make your potatoes sprout too quickly. Maybe by just putting the cutting boards in the middle can help

I love how you stop and take snack breaks and talk to us! Oh Kim, when you were saying, "somebody please come over and help me" - I love to organize and I wish I lived in Florida. I would've loved to help you with this! You appear to be a "ladybug" organizer (me too) and we do not do well with decanting everything. (It is so smart to put your overstock behind your decanted items!) When you go with your natural organizing style, it is so much easier to keep up with it. We do better with bins and large categories. You nailed this!!! It is so much easier to grocery shop when your pantry is organized, because you can see what you are low on. Omg, i felt your pain throughout this process! Organizing is harder than the cleanup. It's time consuming too. The key to keeping the pantry and anything else orderly, is always putting things back in the right place after use. When we use an item and then don't put it back in it's proper place, chaos begins. At least I find this to be true about my pantry. I have been ignoring my pantry for while now and I'm afraid to go in there lol.

I recently cleaned out and organized my pantry. I know exactly how you were feeling, when you were only half way done. I love how you used the white baskets and lazy susans. It all looks fabulous! Looks great! FYI, a great thing to use to store your grocery plastic bags hangs in a wall and you stuff the bags into it. On Amazon, its a semi circle with hols in it. You can fit a ton of bags in it too! I have it on the wall on my pantry.

24:00 canned goods suggestion: since you typically get the same type of cans then this will work for you. Buy those shoebox size lidded bins (they're usually only $1) and keep one type of canned good in each bin. I have 8 of these and I am able to stack two bins, so it's just 4 across. The bins fit 7 cans. And then the bins that are the same height but wider I have 2 of those for pasta sauce jars in one and larger canned tomatoes and tomato paste in the other. I didn't make fancy labels, just literally typed them out in large font, printed them on regular paper, and used clear shipping tape to put on the fronts of the bins. So easy to pull out and find out what you need!
