For hard-boiled eggs, I put eggs in a pot, bring to a boil & boil for 12-15 minutes, or until I see an egg crack. Drain water & run cold water on eggs to cool down. Every time, I get fully cooked & easy to peel hard-boiled eggs.

I boil my eggs for about 6 to 7 minutes turn them off and leave them for 5 minutes. Then I drain off the water and shake the eggs around, bounce them up and down to crack the shells then put them in ice water a little bit. They usually peel really easy if I start peeling on the ends. Love your channel!!!

Thanks for the fantastic recipes! I love the citrus oils too, I use orange oil and bergamot in spring summer and in the fall/winter I add a little Clove/cinnamon.

Add a teaspoon of baking soda to your water when boiling eggs to help remove the shell from the egg whites.

I like cinnamon leaf, lemon verbena and sage. Put a couple drops of your fave on your vac mop roller when mopping, it make the room smell wonderful

We make a very similar recipe for potato salad, but we add a little vinegar plus the pickle juice and sugar. Maybe a little onions or onion powder too. I know it sounds weird but trust me it is AMAZING! And 2 eggs?? What? It needs at least 6 or more. Wolfgang was watching you intently! He is soaking up everything mommy! Kim, when I was young, my granny always made 3 different types of potato salad for gatherings, and it was passed down to me to do the same fore family gatherings and also I made homemade cheesecake for all the gatherings and those were always the things that went first! I always made bbq ribs too. So, for me gatherings were always chaos for me but everyone always left full and happy! I miss those days. I’m disabled now and I don’t host much anymore. I do love watching you cook! And Wolfgang is absolutely gorgeous!!

Kim- for the essential oils I have just got into these and love it. I bought a 20 pc box off Amazon and have been texting each one. My favorites are lemongrass, orange, lemon, vanilla and rose ( this one is a little strong but I just put less)

Are u piercing the eggs with the bottom of the water container? Theres a sharp point. That lets out pressure and keeps them from exploding. The cooker determines cook time by the amt of water, so adding more water just ensures theyll explode ultimately, esp of you arent piercing them.

The water level determines how long the machine works. You can’t put extra water in there.

The eggs will come out perfect if you use the correct amount of water don’t use extra water and the egg needs to be pierced in the fat side of the egg!!!

I know you said not to talk Instapot but my boiled eggs come out perfect every time. I know some people aren’t fans of the Instapot but I use it at least twice a week. It’s been a game changer for a working woman. I have been able to get hot meals on the table in a snap. By the way, Wolfgang is freaking adorable!♥️ Happy Easter!

33:20 I thought the same thing about the Clorox toilet cleaning wands but I found a way to get more out of it. I clean my sinks first & then I clean the toilet. I have 2 of the wands so one is for the sink & one for the toilet.

For hard boiled eggs fill a pot with cold water add eggs and boil the water. Turn off heat cover an let sit for 13 to16minutes,then put in cold ice water. Eggs should be perfect and easy to peel.

Kim try using your Instant Pot for hard boiled eggs. You will never cook them any other way if you try the 5-5-5 method in the IP. Even the freshest eggs peel easily.
