Actually this is Authentic and considering it is a staple in most parts of Africa and in addition popular street food in Uganda where I live, this is how the pastry IS made at every corner. All said, every country or nation will always have a different and unique never before seen or heard of recipe of cooking the same food. You'll run mad trying to find the right spelling or recipe for pilau or is it pilaf or whatever....who cares.... This tutorial is great

OMG! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! Truly, you are a samosa making mama of my dreams! Always I wanted to know. Now I do. And I know why no one wanted to take the time to show me. I will never cease to use this and hope I will get better each time. One issue: knowing English is an essential key to many great successes in life. Still, I could not understand every word. Thank you for having CC. 🤟 #CaptionsNow #ASL Please consider enhancing or perfecting it because who can afford to miss one word of this woman's wisdom. Teach me more mama! Where's the video showing the filling and frying processes? Thank you! Be well! Stay safe!
