Skiboky Stora's court appearance came as the NYPD released new video of a man they say punched another woman on March 20. CBS New York's Alice Gainer reports.

Apparently he is "oppressed" simply by sharing his skin color with long dead slaves 150+ years ago. Therefore the NYC justice system views him as a "victim" & allows him to repeatedly be caught, arrested, charged & walk free on 5 prior identical violent assaults targeting specificly white women. And since whites today are "oppressors" simply for sharing skin tone with Southern wealthy elites who owned slaves 150+ years ago that were defeated by other whites to end slavery leaving an estimated 655,000 whites dead... he has not been charged for a hate crime & likely still wont. Hell, he would of been allowed to walk again if the news didn't cover this story.

That is why there are laws and judges, to determine an extreme measure (lock up before determined guilt) is imposed. Remember that detention before trial imposes severe damage (loss of job, freedom) to someone presumed innocent.

Skiboky Stora films himself harassing women and post it on his social media channels for content. He's a dangerous man but there's many many men that do this especially on the subways both in NYC and London. A bill needs to be passed to make it illegal for people to harass other people for content and any platform that allows that kind of content to be posted should be fined a million dollars or more for each and every video. And I'm not talking self defense videos where someone is getting harassed and starts filming out of safety and to provide evidence. This is a different kind of harassment video where he goes up to a woman with his camera on and starts harassing the woman over and over trying to get a reaction. It's sick and needs to be a crime.

I narrowly dodged an attack like this in the Heights back in 2021. Dude followed me into the train station. I thought I got him off my trail but he comes out of nowhere again, walks by me, then swings on me. Thank God his swing was wimpy, so I was able to dodge it but I ran and told the cops by the booth. They went looking for him, but by then he was gone. These random attacks are simply insane. They gotta get these folks off the streets and STOP RELEASING THEM! And NO, I did NOT vote for this. I voted red.

@@beardgangman wow. So this is a made up story because? I wrote the comment because I can relate to the story. It happened June 24, 2021 while I waited for the A train in the Heights. I don’t want sympathy at all. Just sharing what happened to me as it’s now happening again to others.

And he's still free. There should be a way where people can sue the city for judges who let these criminals go free to hurt more people. If this was the judges wife or daughter this guy would be under the jail!

Because arrests aren’t convictions. You can’t punish a judge for not forcing a conviction. Are you insane?

@chavvy9074 that's I say there should be a way. Our justice system sucks and it's the judges that go easy on these criminals. Oh wait you must be a judge!

NYC is the safest big city in America. Crime is just a perception. So according to Mayor Eric Adams, none of this really happened.

Yeah really …Trust me I am retired NYPD….Years ago and still true today , many crimes do not get reported..Which in fact means , crimes are still being committed no matter what the statistics say … Besides crime statistics are based in categories that have to meet certain percentages….Most criminals, believe it or not in todays society, feel that it is a right of passage to be incarcerated …Yes..As strange as it may seem it is true ….There is no more hard time in todays jails …Personally I know of a few that are doing life sentences and still write me to this day telling me they know how lax the incarceration system is ..They are not fearful or choose to be rehabilitated…Many plan with other inmates on how to not get caught the next time they are let out .. Truly I have no idea why our system of today is like that ..I believe our Mayor and Governor are just politicians Schooled in the art of deflection..
