UPDATE: On Dec. 11th, it was confirmed that Ryan had returned to the United States on his own. He was subsequently charged with obstructing an officer and arrested. The Sheriff’s Dept is also pursuing restitution for the expenses of the search. He pleaded not guilty and told the judge, “I can't pay; I don't have money. So I'll defend myself…I have $20 in my wallet in the other room. So that's what I have." Still, Ryan made bond and is no longer incarcerated; meaning that he is free to go until Jan 13th., his next court date. On Dec.12th, Emily Borgwardt filed a petition seeking a legal separation from Ryan Borgwardt citing that their marriage is “irretrievably broken.” She is pursuing full custody of their three high school aged children. On the documents, Ryan had no listed attorney, was ‘self-employed,’ and was living at an ‘unknown address.’

MANGO TEAM! Please read this one! There is a case in Puerto Rico that shook the entire island, and it still haunts a lot of us. The case of "El niño Lorenzo," an 8-year-old kid who was ended night in a very gruesome and mysterious way in his own home under the care of his mother, Ana Cacho. The interesting thing is that the mother "allegedly" had a party in the house at the time of the crime, and there were illegal dr***gs involved. Who was at the party? High-profile men, including politicians. Who was in the room of the kid? His two underage sisters, whom they would even try to blame this crime on at one point. Who was in the neighborhood? "El Manco," a disabled person with mental health issues. They would also literally try to blame... a disabled person just for being in the neighborhood. Everyone knew the mother either did it or had something to do with it. But every piece of evidence against her was conveniently missed or not brought up. P.S. She was spotted partying on a boat a few days after her son's death. The family hired a private investigator, and when he started revealing the truth, he was fired and sued. He was supposed to come out with a book talking about the case, and it never saw the light of day. The initial 911 calls do not match what was found at the scene and the trauma found in the body when the kid arrived at the hospital. When the police realized they needed to investigate as a crime because this was no accident, they discovered that the crime scene was "cleaned," meaning that whoever did it tried to cover up the truth. The details of what they discovered I can't even write here because of how brutal they are. The evidence found at the scene was constantly dismissed as "contaminated" and not brought up because it created "doubt." I was a forensic science student at the time, and this case was studied in multiple classes from different perspectives: law, forensic evidence, crime studies, medicine, etc. EVERY professor said that based on the evidence, everyone knew who the real perpetrators of Lorenzo's murder were, but no one could say it out loud based on "proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt" and other legal issues. This case has so much more interesting points, including evidence, theories, and conspiracies, worth exploring. Even the final verdict is just... not it. However, I will leave that for you and your team to analyze and come up with your own conclusions. I will say though, no one in the island feels like justice was served for this poor soul. Puerto Ricans were left with the brutal realization of how influence and power can, in fact, allow some people to be above the law. People often say that money talks, but for me, this case screams "money silences." The world should know about this case, and I would love to hear your input on it! Side note, I love your work! ❤️

A lot of passport bros here in Japan. They stupidly think that Japanese women are docile and submissive and quickly married them, just to realize in no time that this is not the case. Anyone pretending otherwise is ridiculous and vile. And its equally important to have discussions about men being hurt by women without women talking about how bad men are. These conversations don't have to be had all at the same time, always. It can minimize the impact the conversation has if we get bogged down with, "but of course not all ______" to avoid hurting people's feelings. This case is about a bad man. I'd use a stronger word than weirdo; let's call them what they are; apologists. They blame victims because it justifies their own actions or lack of understanding.

If you’re adult enough to choose to get married and have children, you better be adult enough to sit down and tell your spouse you want a divorce if you are over it. I say this as a woman who earns equally as much as my husband and wouldn’t gain anything in a divorce. I’m married strictly because I want to be. No financial motive to stay or leave. Divorce wouldn’t be the end of the world, but it’s not my goal. My husband knows he’s free to leave, but he has to pay for the divorce unless it’s a mutual decision. If I choose to leave, I pay. It doesn’t have to be complicated and there’s no reason to fake a death.

What a lot of Western guys don’t get is that women in the East are often way more feminist than they think. Here’s the deal…many Eastern countries have tough economic conditions, so women are out here hustling hard, working, contributing to their families, and doing whatever it takes to improve their situation. That whole “submissive” vibe some western people assume eastern women have….Yeah, that’s more like a survival tactic or just a strategy to get out of their situations . Honestly, if you think about it, that’s super feminist in itself. These women are driven, resourceful, and embody the OG feminism…fighting for better lives in their own way. I’ve never seen women more motivated than Eastern women.

Im telling you, from my personal experience, no woman from anywhere in the world is oblivious to the way the patriarchial system beats them down and they can tell a a below average man with racial prejudice from a mile away. I know that people fell in love sincerely with each other regardless of backgrounds all the time but knowing that there are people who come to our country with the idea that its people are lesser irritates me so much.

Yeah, I think that's the reason why they're so icky, is not that they pay for sex or that they're not particularly successful. I mean most people are average after all. For the record, Zeus, the Newfoundland is used for water rescue, but he’s not a sniffer dog… He’s the guy that jumps in to actually save the drowning victim. Newfoundland’s are not used for their noses, they are used because they are such powerful swimmers with coats that allow them to swim in the frigid water. You can watch videos of the puppies being dropped from helicopters during their rescue training…. It looks mean, but they have to get used to it because it’s going to be a part of their future. Usually, after the first toss, they jump the minute the door is open because they love it so much, but that first one can be terrifying to watch. 😊

So, my mother in law is from Trinidad. She came to the US when she got married to a man who thought she was “traditional and submissive”. She told me about how she stayed while she had to, (being traditional of course she expected him to be a provider while she stayed home) and the second she could, she left him and married someone who she really liked. I used to think it was a little messed up, but now hearing things like this and these passport Bros, I’m cracking up- good for her. I hope they bring more women back so they can find their true loves and have wonderful children like my husband. Thanks for the ride passport Bros LMAO!

I feel strongly about this as a Filipina. I’ve seen women from my culture see foreign men as their lifeline because of how horrible their living conditions are. I have sympathy for them but also feel bad at how the stereotype of Southeast Asian women are and its similarity to the “pick me” culture is perpetuated.

There was this Chinese guy where i live who was supposedly an “excellent swimmer” who, on a family boat outing, went down the steps of the boat to swim in the lake and never came back. No search ever found him. When I first heard this story, my first instinct was, “he faked his death, his prob half way back to China already” And funnily enough all the stories regarding this matter just stopped. No media catch ups or anything. Just one story & the lake being dredged and searched that’s it.

Also when I'm in the car on a long road trip to go see my son which is frequently I can put you on and I don't have to look at the video because you're descriptions are so wonderful and your storytelling is so great that I don't need to look at anything I can just listen and it keeps me occupied my entire trip and it goes by so fast.
