Man shot during argument in downtown Chicago

Police responded to the 200 block of East Grand Avenue just after 8:30 a.m. where a 50-year-old man got into an argument with another person who fired shots.

Streeterville? What is happening? This is in the heart of the MagMile, it used to be a safe and affluent area. But I keep hearing about shootings, and even knife fights in the street, drugs apparently are sold on the street also.
