if you don’t want to be in jail… Stop breaking the law!

One has to wonder what the citizen status is on this piece of work.

Well Biden and Kamala will just pay his bail, get him released and celebrate him for his ability to commit crimes

Felony cases are adjudicated in the US courts: citizenship status, etc., is dealt with after any sentence is served.

He should have been heldin contempt and immediatwly taken to jail

Well that would only apply to Legal citizens who were being polite. They're the only ones that get in trouble anymore.

I'm very shocked the judge didn't hold him in contempt for that outburst.

Obviously ten years isn’t enough, he seems to want more than that. I’m sure that the judge will oblige.

Judge should have called a interpreter, it’s obvious he speaks English but…. In another trial I watch parts of evidence and defendants statements were thrown out because this exact thing, guy said he didn’t speak English language fluently and proceeded to speak English the entire time. His defense attorney challenged it and won that his client was not given the opportunity for an interpreter.

It wouldn't surprise me if the cops falsified charges on him. They like to do that.

At the end, did he say to the Judge" I'll get with my attorney and I'll get with your wife"? All that potty mouth. He obviously didnt understand when the Judge said " Anything you say can and will be used against you". Such a strong American accent and use of the English language he has.😅 I dont think he needs an interpreter, he needs some superglue to help him keep it shut and prevent him sticking his foot in it.😅

With respect, the record has proven that if he were in Latah County his charges would be reduced to simple possession. This information can be found by searching Latah County arrest records for trafficking et al. I simply find this dual use under rule of law egregious

6:21 He did not hinder his cause with his language today either because the judge was going to set his bond at exactly the same amount. Sentencing someone to a minimum of ten (10) years imprisonment for drugs is *more than ridiculous,* it is *abhorrent.*
@August84118Ай бұрын
Yes, because CLEARLY he’s doing so well as a productive member of society on meth. Another thing: spend some time with meth addicts so you can understand how this drug destroys their lives, their children’s lives and their families lives.

@@August84118 There are just as many functional drug addicts in the world as there are functional alcoholics and not one of those alcoholics have been imprisoned for possessing their drug of choice. Being imprisoned for committing a crime that victimizes oneself is definitely going to destroy all of the people's lives that you mentioned and society is going to pay for it all, not only the immediate financial cost of imprisonment/welfare but the future cost(s) of more children growing up without their fathers. Over 90% of the people that makeup the following groups have no fathers: high school dropouts unwed teenage mothers females seeking abortions long-term welfare dependents people convicted of violent crimes ET CETERA…
