I am overall excited by this , I needed a Man-Thing in my collection and this can be fudged into a comic collection easily but I wanted a comic Werewolf by Night before an MCU one, because if America Chavez is anything to go by if we don't get it comic first then we may never get a comic version.

I'd say there's an equal amount of new and old here. New head, upper torso, shoulders, forearms, hands, crotch overlay, and shins. Old biceps, mid-torso, crotch, hips, thighs, knees (upside-down), and feet. And I don't like the that the mid-torso, crotch, and hip pieces are a different color green than the rest of the body.

I never completed the Man-Thing BAF, and I stopped buying MCU figures, but I feel like this Man-Thing can definitely do the trick for a comic version, like if need be, I could swap the comic Man-Thing head onto this new one and do some paintwork if need be to better match.

I feel a bit let down with this figure especially comparing it to the previous BAF(If I'm not mistaken). Since its based of MCU version it has different features to the comic one which i dislike about it.

Missed opportunity. Should have included an alternate comic head, give the best of both worlds. I'll pass. MCU figures are another rabbit hole I don't need to fall into. Comic-only figures in my collection. If this were Hasbro's video, I would have hit dislike, but since it's Dan's, I give a like out of respect. 🙏

This Man-Thing can also be used for the comic collection, as there is no absolute notable difference between the MCU & the comic Man-Thing designs. Not to mention, this is pinless and contains accessories. If you buy the comic version (which is The Man-Thing BAF back in like 2016-2017), you are basically paying more to recieve less...
