Hi just to answer some of the questions. Whenever the emergency button is pressed, soldiers come to the aid of guards. In this instance no one came, I assumed the emergency button did not work. So I waved at the armed police to call them and they came instantly. The armed police were standing at a different location at the time so they could not see what was going on.

I think half of the people have never seen a horse and plus they are 17 hands tall they are huge for the average size of a horse. So they would be really nervous to want to touch the horses. I have seen that a lot in the last three weeks this week. I'm watching all these videos 11-20-23 5:37pm. Mountain time in Montana U.S.A. I Googled the size last night. And I just subscribed to you. But when I noticed that the videos were all out of order it's harder to find the right video. I watch on my TV but I have to look up the video on my phone. Just to let you know that too. You know, these soldiers have to deal with "civilians" when they are deployed and they're not on ceremonial duties; sometimes these civilians are openly belligerent. Think about what these soldiers had to deal with over the years in Afghanistan, Iraq, Bosnia...and of course Northern Ireland. They are trained how to deal with this type of situation. It's just a shame it has to be when they are at home in a supposedly "safe" area. Their discipline and restraint is commendable.

In the late 1970’s States shut down mental institutions because of political pressure and frankly they were treating patients horribly. Even since that time we have had a rising number of homeless and people in need of mental health help. Problem is, it’s always NIMB. President Trump has a great idea for tent cities that will have doctors, mental health professionals so people can be evaluated. Some need just a helping hand, others need drug addiction therapy. We can not allow to let these people live on the streets. They are humans and need all the help we can give them. George Carlin once said, “I do not mind helping the helpless, but eff the hopeless” some people will not let us help them.

This guard is a legend, his deadpan & cool approach was so effective in defusing the situation, "Don't you dare" then when he threatened again, "No you wont", this guard was well versed in the Jedi mind trick😉followed later by, "Get away from my horse...I'm asking you nicely" you could see how disarming that approach was, you could literally see the moment, "drunk, photo bombing Del Boy lookalike" weighed up his next move and chose to walk away and yes, I agree he handled it beautifully, the calmness of his tone along with the stare made this idiot think twice about not wanting to find out what, asking him not nicely entailed. PS- which Muppet did he murder for that coat?

I feel bad for the horse and guard when i see people touching or trying to pet the horse. It always causes what seems like anxiety to both the horse and guard of being touched by random people.
