Ten Hag gave United their lowest finish in 32 years, he wasted £600 million on average players and was in charge for a 7-0 loss to their greatest rivals. I don't know many United fans who will remember him fondly.

@@token_5654 Ten Hag made dumb decisions but personally I myself won’t blame him alone but INEOS(transfer wise, I think they done great enough of a job: Ugarte and Maz has been beyond great help) and Glacers(early on) as well for allowing him to make those moves. He brought trophies that is true, but that’s the least a manager could do for buying Anthony at that price. Imagine if Liverpool have our money, y’all probably buying all great pieces and be kicking city ass on regular basis. But that’s that, we now have Amorim, and I won’t say he can change this team to suddenly top top team, but if the ownership listening to Amorim I think we might have something.(honestly, i’m jealous that Liverpool fan can be patient when need be while my fellow fan just find shit to blame or protect every minute or two) That being said I hope we beat you guys even if it’s really looking like an 8-0 is going to come from Diaz and Salah.

I had the same thought when I saw it. I don't think I've ever seen a true Olympico. Might be me but the only way that it can happen is if the defenders are statues and the goalie is nailed to the field. For it to happen TWICE to two different keepers is insanity, you can't make that shit up honestly.

never seen less physical goalie than onana's period. we got 14 players from dutch league who all have quality but as specific fit to already established strong, fit, robust squad. as core in premier league its suicide and 600$ million assisted suicide . ten haag wont be remembered fondly he had no idea,style, and winged it gutting all athletes capable of winning duels or just playing 90. its that bad bruno, mazroui, dalot, amad, ugarte only non defenders who can even play 90 at intensity. mainoo was over relied on with garnacho chasing results. people eth relied on were all here previously or academy ...its insane its relegation worthy squad. that limited. depressing luckily amorim knows this and how to rebuild. should hear his scouts assessment its shocking. eth wasnt allowed to clear rashford and thats part of issues dont mean to blame him entirely because he took lot of stick and out of his depth. great coach but not an honest effort from him i think he had resentments and reason to. just stage 5 shit show lol. amorim is talented af though really good communicator

Di Maria is so shit he scored in the World Cup final 22 and copa América final 21. For most of the others you refer there is something called aging. From recruitment to the management, they seem not to know what to do and how to plan ahead

I think the best thing for ManU is to get relegated. That would force out all of the luxury players, reduce their wage bill, reset the clubs structure, it would humble them, and they may even build up some confidence if they perform well in the Championship. Otherwise they are in shambles and will continue to be without a rude awakening.
@georgerubypoppy106317 күн бұрын
It might not be as clear cut as that though. Some players might not fancy transfers that would significantly reduce their salaries. Man Utd might have to wait whilst some contracts run down before they could offload players. Cast your mind back a little while to Harry Maguire not budging when West Ham were ready to sign him.

Amorim shouldn't get the players he want. He should be getting the type of players he needs. Managers are never good recruiters. Remember, if Klopp was in charge of Liverpool transfers, Mo Salah wouldn't have joined Liverpool. United problem also lies in the fact that they completely entrust their managers for recruitment while in reality, there should be a recruitment team that run on pure data analytics.

When you say Man united, I’m curious to understand if you mean the higher ups or the manager and their coaching staff. I am saying this because the expenditures done in the summer were to support ETH’s proposed new game model which was transitional football and so he recruited players suited for this style. If I clearly remember well, people were not pleased with ETH poor communication in media and lack of accountability on giving false narratives/ reviews of match performances. He also had a tactical drawback with many analysts pointing out player isolations due to his favored use of wingers and also high pressing while defenses stayed deep….often leaving the midfield way too open…. My point is you’re very right for opening this conversation, although some parts of them do not come out as clear as you might’ve intended them to be. For example Man United in this instance can be the higher ups, players or even management…or you’re saying all of it is shared responsibility? You had pointed out flaws inAmorim’s system, fair play coz we all saw it but with available resources that’s the best he could do especially for the game model that he prefers…possession based high energy high physicality football. Put it this way, do you think Amorim would have the same results if he’d been given the current Arsenal squad? Or even the City squad, not to undermine anyone but we all heard even Pep say bring my players back….it shows how some game models require some players of certain traits and qualities which will lead me to say this again….in your video, who is being referred to as “United”?
@angelotroseboom118617 күн бұрын

Amorim is just a flop. In portugal he benefitted from sporting corrupting the financial system and not having to pay hundreds of thousands of debt, which in turn make it possible for the club to not sell any important players. He will never be able to do the same in england because all other teams have huge budgets and deep rosters. He could never manage a team with few options, he just doesnt know how to and doesnt have the ability. He will have a worse record than ten hag, you can quote me on that

‘I think the poor guy is honestly shocked by how bad the team is’ I don’t know, every man and his dog knows how bad United are. Surely he did SOME form of research before he considered going there? If you’re in that business then surely you’re relatively upto date with news from the other clubs? It doesn’t take an insider to know Rashford’s heart wasn’t in it, that Eriksen and Casemiro are 6 years too old… Personally I think they know they’re in for a huge payday when it inevitably fails 😂 Wish I could fail at work for a few years, then get a handsome financial reward as I mic drop out of there
