Amazing tutorial, do you have any tips for opening your shoulders and keeping your hips up as I'm really struggling with that

It’s pretty specific depending on your situation. V press with palms backwards helps to build your abs strength for manna, also basic active stretch before the static work well for shoulders openings

Any toughts on this vertical manna? I haven't seen it done before an it's classified as D class element supposed to the normal manna which is C class. It would be interesting if you make video on it. www.flairgym.com/element/1227
