Manage Work and Personal Profiles in Microsoft Edge

This must be something new. I was wondering why i keep having to log in when I open another edge window. I am someone who wants to use the same profile for multiple edge windows so I don't have to keep signing into different web pages that I have saved in my favorites. This is so inconvenient now

Great video, but the last time I did this, M365 tried to take over my office applications on the local device which is bought and registered with profile #1(personal), which by the way Is not in any way signed in to personal 365--I prefer local sign in with passcode, now windows account. For this reason, I can't edit any office application locally without it asking me to sign in to the application, say excel. How do I workaround this, cos I prefer local edits of my business documents, and not in the cloud.
