Mam if we want to give IM epinephrine to a 10kg child.. How much will be d The dose in ml and how to take this from one ml vial?

I mg epinephrine in 1 ml. Dose is 0.01 mg/kg or 0.01 ml/kg epinephrine IM So for 10 kg weight- 0.01 X 10 = 0.1 ml epinephrine dose

You can take 0.1 ml from one ml by using insulin syringe in which 40 IU per ml So 0.1 ml equals to 4 IU
