This week, I'm taking YOU with me on a 24-hour round trip to Vegas to speak at one of my biggest speaking events this year! I hope you enjoy this trip to Vegas and an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at our encounters with Ivan Toney and Trinny Woodall.
During this week's episode, you'll see how I:
- Manage my work, life, and health while traveling for 24 hours.
- Publicly speak to an audience of over 5000 people on only 5 hours of sleep!
- Maintain my fitness and prioritise training while on the road.
You'll also get to see behind-the-scenes footage of our DOAC episodes featuring Trinny Woodall and Ivan Toney, plus much more!

Steven, I don’t normally leave reviews on any social media with the present day keyboard warriors deterring any positive or constructive feedback. I’ve enjoyed your catalogue of podcasts and try and take something positive from each guest. Thank you for creating this space and I find it extremely motivating watching your Behind The Diary. Thank you for sharing and spreading knowledge and positivity. I’ve taken tools you’ve subsequently taught through guests and yourself to better myself which I’ll now pass to my two sons as they grow! Have a good week ahead 🙌🏼

Last week I commented on how I was wondering how you manage all the travelling and in this episode, you showed how tired you actually are. As weird as it might sound, I loved to hear that. The episodes before made you look kind of invincible, so it's nice to get a reminder of the fact that you're human, too. 😅💜

The best part of this episode is your conversation with Trinny. I ask this question every video, when do you have time off and time for your girlfriend and friends and family? I look forward to enjoying your vlog weekly from November. Do you ever get a sore throat from all your talking? Thanks for starting and continuing this channel. Congratulations on finding a lovely house.

Hi Steve I'm 63 and a mother of 2 daughters and a grandmother of 5 grandchildren. I am in awe of you, I listen to your podcast every time i'm in the gym and every lunchtime.(and now your "behind the diary vlogs) I think the most thing i'm impressed with is how humble you are!! and how you treat people. I've heard time and time again how people will be ruthless in business and don't mind stepping on people to get to the top and then when they are at the top look down on every on below them. You never give me this feeling, I would be so proud of you if you were my son. Always stay true to yourself and keep doing what you are doing!!! :)

Listening to Diary of a CEO podcast and Vlog is my favorite way to start the day. It’s “What I do for me”… at the top of my “wellness list” along with nutrition / fitness / family time. The episodes are energizing. Inspirational. Intelligent. Insightful. Thought-provoking. Honest. Trustworthy. Fascinating. Relevant. Entertaining. I am constantly sending links to family and friends, and the response is overwhelming. Can’t thank you enough. Keep pushing through… You are doing it for all of us! Thank you 🩵

I have watched a few episodes of the podcast because they pop up when it’s on in the background. I may have my focus elsewhere but invariably, I always end up watching the episode instead of doing the original task. My A.D.D. may have some influence but I give you the full credit. Today I checked out the bts vlog. I watched half so far today. They are very engaging, truly sharing a real view. At least nothing seems as if it is “written into the script.” I appreciate you and what you do, I am learning a lot. Thank you also for your generosity. The Turkey earthquake segment was amazing and I hope your idea for the cash cards is raking it. I for one would donate it I knew it was going directly to the card of someone who needs help.

Fascinating episode/extract/slice of life. I was particularly drawn to how you wanted to know about your Las Vegas audience before speaking. It's a simple thing, but essential. To me, it's things like that that set you apart. When you were speaking to camera in your hotel room and the background was focussed but you were blurred i just thought it was a great metaphor for jet lag and running on almost empty! When do you find time to innovate, set new wheels in motion if your diary is full with ongoing commitments and projects? Thank you - and Will - for the huge effort in putting this together. Much appreciated!

Loving the content. Quick one. Separate the filming from the editing. Will must focus only on capturing (meaning he travels with you and lives the experiences with you) and then another person is appointed just to edit the footage from a desk or long distance whatever. this makes the process of delivering the content more stable and so you guys can focus on experiences and editing last bits and all heavy work is done my the Vlog editor. Tumelo is the name. 19 year old entrepreneur myself in Namibia (African Country).

Physically ill from draught exposure but I meal prepped, juiced and pressed on with other goals. As a bit of a perfectionist myself, it is possible to be fiercely consistent too. There is hope out there for those with that quality. However, thanks to Steven for highlighting the potential pitfall so it can be avoided. Awareness is power. Anyone else admire Steven’s work ethic and commitment to showing up for himself and working out no matter where he is on the globe? With such a busy life, the discipline is phenomenal. That was me for over a decade, gives me a kick up the bum to get back on it, my abs be pulling a vanishing act (and no it’s not about vanity alone, core strength matters). Steven’s presentation style: posed with clarity and enthusiasm. Fantastic snippet of Steven with Trinny, she has the most wonderful speaking voice, confidence and nurturing nature. DOAC are smashing it with the demonstrations, great viewing!!! In these episodes I like seeing Steven’s relaxed side and manner. I’d love to see and hear Steven do a book reading.

Appreciating what was once a dream in the now is SO much fun! I don’t think we do have to get to the place where we take it for granted. It’s just a habit, like any other habit, and when it’s one we chose to develop and embody life becomes so much more pleasurable, fun and good feeling. I LOVE savouring how far I’ve come, with both the little things and the big things. It’s cool to have multiple ‘pinch me moments’ every single day. 😃. Am Loving your Vlog. Thanks so much for sharing your pinch me moments with us - so inspiring. XXX
